I was staying for a conference. I had a nice two night stay. The facilities are excellent for a small conference. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There is some slight wear, as this is not the newest property, but it appears some renovations are quietly underway. The gift shop serves coffee and has a nice selection of drinks and snacks. There are restaurant options on site. Grab a warm cookie at check-in and enjoy your stay.

Nothing like a chocolate chip cookie except if it’s a warm chocolate chip cookie. The generous CJ, our front desk helper, gave us a choice of either. There was fruit infused water in the lobby and a small Starbucks too! We were smitten! Comfortable rooms with soft sheets. A lovely place overall.

3 star hotel and dont expect anything more. My husband and I came here for a short weekend getaway and to do a little shopping at the mall. The hotel is plain but clean so 3 stars there. The hotel staff are nice but dont really go out of their way so 3 stars there. The pool area should be a major selling point for this hotel but instead it was dirty and run down. We rented the suite (which should have been an upgrade) but, instead, it was outdated, the doors were jamming, the furniture was damaged. It really took away from the atmosphere of the hotel. I have stayed at multiple different DoubleTree hotels in the past and this was definitely rated one of the worst. Instead, if you are ever in the area, I highly recommend DoubleTree in Reading PA where a 3 star hotel had 5 star amenities and service.

The staff here are very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and overall, amazing. They helped me to plan and catered a corporate group event. I am impressed with their detail, going above and beyond duty for their guests and being flexible. This venue is clean, quaint and newly remodeled. Nice place for corporate or private events; the convenience of their spacious hotel rooms are just another pleasant addition to the experience.

The front desk manager reached out to me and went above and beyond to make things right without me asking him to do anything. So I am adjusting my review to reflect the staff effort. Apparently the noisy neighbor had a pet they weren't supposed to have and they were using the TV to mask the pet. I left the below review around midnight, and kept trying to reach the front desk. After I left the review below and multiple more tries I did eventually reach the front desk. I was informed they will be remodeling this summer and some of my issues will hopefully be fixed. Original review: Paper thin walls, gaps around the door to the hallway, and a dirty room on checking in made my stay very unpleasant. Neighbor had their tv on HIGH all night long two nights in a row. I'm not sure which one, all I know it was one near enough to make it impossible to sleep. Calling the front desk? Yeah it just rang and rang. Made a comment after the first night and was told "oh you should have called the front desk we would take care of it." Second night of a loud TV and multiple tries to reach the front desk at midnight failed. You can hear the slightest sounds from rooms next to you. I'm not exaggerating. This is one of the noisier hotels I've stayed in by far. There's legit a two inch Gap at the bottom of the door going into the hall making the room super bright, with all the lights off, it makes no difference. I had to roll a towel up and lay it across the bottom of the door. I couldn't do anything about the gaps going across the top and sides letting light and sound in. Cleanliness is questionable at best. When I checked in the glass cups had the little paper hats showing they were clean and ready to be used. BOTH had lipstick marks on the rims. They were not clean. First folded towel I pulled out was crusty and had a little off the same lipstick on the towel. The floor didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a few days, little pieces of paper, lint and hair were scattered on the ground.
